Unfortunately, the only way to effectively combat this is using the delete button.
If the spam is coming from normally legit casinos (like the ones listed at Casinomeister or their brethren), it's usually coming form an affiliate. Report the spam to the aff manager requesting that the aff account to be closed and post the spam here.
Too bad spam sucks up so much of our precious time.

Complete waste of time. We have been reporting Spin Palace spam for months and it has got worse, not better. Today I have received FOUR, all from the same affiliate by the looks of it, and this constituted some 5% of the TOTAL of Emails received, including all the other spam put together.
