This is maybe not what you want to hear, but I feel that if you send the casino a message to close your account, then that is it. There is no turning back. My opinion is that it is a good thing that casinos don't reopen accounts easily like that. I mean, if people with gambling problems (not saying you have a problem) send emails about the closeure of the account. Then it would be bad if the casino reopens that account for the gaming addict, just because person has the urge to gamble.
Sorry, that is just my honest opinion. |

![]() ![]() I kid you my friend. Or do I? hmm You know that 3Dice would probably be willing to reopen your account with limits you both agree upon. They might even do it with a quickness, they might have you cool-off for awhile between request and activity. That's looking out if you ask me, not poor customer service.Can some people here understand that an executive of a fast growing casino might not have the time to attend to everything all the time per customer service? And I hope we all understand that any casino can accept or reject any player for any reason and they really aren't under any obligation to say why. I think 3Dice is here to stay. How long ago did you send the email? If you didn't get a reply you could try asking on live chat, or ask via PM in the chat room.
Why exactly do you believe 90% of people will not be playing there?

As lojo mentioned 3Dice is growing real fast these days, and many of their customers (including myself
) may have to realize that the casinomanager has tons of things to do besides being everyones personal casinohost ![]() Live support and support e-mail has been nothing but excellent the times I've used them. Im sure they will help you out and I'm sure they DO appreciate your business.

I closed my account for 3 weeks and asked them to reopen it and they did right away. Infact , that's when I won the $650, it was one day after I reopened it.
Ive emailed Enzo and waited almost 2 weeks before a response in the past. Im sure he will get back to you. Did you break on good terms? If you did, Im sure he is just busy. They will want your business my friend. Im a low roller and didnt think they would want me back (i complained as much as you did lol) It's faster if you PM them rather than email support (IMHO)

Kakata........I don't mean to come down on you hard, but it seems as if you are losing at fill-in-the name of the casino on a given day, you get angry and close your account. From the sound of it, it sounds like your gambling budget it pretty large so it's understandable that you would be upset if you are losing large amounts but still it might be good to take a step back and cool off for a while before you take the extreme measure of closing accounts. Also making veiled accusations won't score you any points either.

i don't wanna fight with you either k, but come on homie you realize that every other post you make is a rant because of losing at some place or another so it's obvious to everyone here that you need to step back take a deep breath and assess your situation,because if you trully hate to lose like i feel you do then gambling is not for you,because everyone loses more then win thats how these casinos continue to open multi billion dollar casino hotels ya know.so i wouldn't want to walk around pissed off all the time because i kept losing i would find something that didn't cost as much and that i was actually good at

Im not speaking as a moderator because obviously Im not. I am not even speaking on Kakata's behalf because he didnt ask me to.
I am asking as his friend. Can we just drop this for now? I just think he vented and needs to take a deep breath. Please trust me on this and respect my request. If not, I still wont hate you but I really think he's very frustrated and wrote this without thinking it through.I hope you got my PM Kakata.....Im here if you wanna PM me back
