Hey guys,

I just experienced a weird live baccarat game at a sportsbook. Theplayer and Banker each drew 2 cards with scores of 0 and 1 respectively. A 3rd card was drawn for the player but when the dealer drew the 3rd card for the banker, this card could not be scanned and another person (another dealer I suppose) came up, took hold of the card and scanned it successfully. All this time the card was facing down. So do you guys think the game should be void or allowed to stand?

This is quite common as the scanners tend to not pick up on certain people scanning it coz they scan it the wrong way or something like that. I doubt that they change cards or something during that game.

Since the card was facing down all the time, there's not much reason in the game being voided. They did not put the card away nor did they change the card or something. Just that they are allowing someone else to scan the card instead of the original person to scan it.

If you ask me, I would say that they should allow it to go on and not void it.
