Hi Hippo,
I dont understand. Did you want Enzo to address your run of bad luck (well, it really does seem awful BTW). If so, since Karen and Anna were with you all the time, wouldnt that have been satisfactory service from 3 Dice? With Enzo's active participation at this forum, we might have been too pampered and believed that he would respond personally to our every beck and call. Actually, I am pretty sure he will come back to you sooner or later. It's a good thing though that you are refraining from making deposits, at least for now. These days, everyone seems to be having bad luck with a large number of losing sessions. I mostly play table games and have just lost my final $350 (I do not have easy deposit methods in my jurisdiction) to extremely bad streaks at MG and Rival casinos where I was unable to string together 2 consecutive wins at Paigow Poker and Baccarat. So unless I use a very inconvenient way to deposit, I shall be off gambling online for a certain period as well. Maybe its just as well we should take a break. At least the cards/slots do suggest that we do so. And remember, hippos are supposed to be cute. ![]() ![]()

![]() actually, i think my disappoint comes from the fact that Enzo asked me to contact him directly with any concerns, including really bad sessions, so being ignored kinda adds to the frustration. it's really his fault for trying to be too accessible and accomodating, lol ![]() seriously, what happens is i can only deposit $500 a day with netspend and when i can't get any playtime, the staff usually try to help. betting micro limits (.45-.75) usually gets good play time even if i lose, which is frequent and no bother to me. but for the last week, i've lost a lot playing microlimits in very short periods of time with some serious statistical suprises. i understand bad streaks at 3dice, but this was REALLY bad... hard to even explain unless you play a lot at 3dice. for the first time, and i know this is silly, i actually felt the software was siphoning my money for other players... it's hard to explain what i saw (bonuses only paying what it already took, balance seemingly resetting to a lower level each time with a bonus, winner screenshots similar to money i lost in a session, etc... i know... silly) but that's how bad it got, lol. for the past week, anna and karen tried to help, but they are limited in how much in bonuses a player can get. so even if i lost $1000 in 2 days in a few hours, they can only give a small amount to help. here's the thing, because my deposits of $200-300 were continually only earning $9-15 in comps (see....bad), i couldn't get enough help to extend my play on each next deposit. i like to deposit, play a while, lose happy... occasionally get a great hit. when i do get bonuses, i try to deposit as well so it's not just "free" money i'm playing with. the problem arose when the staff saw how bad things were and i was kept being told that enzo would be notified, he'll be able to help make up for the low comps, you deserve more help but only enzo can do that, etc... than the clincher, lance sends an urgent e-mail since enzo has not responded and still, nothing has changed. of course, i'm loyal, i keep depositing and playing... then told myself if i get another run of 400 spins without a bonus (my whole balance) i would quit...well it happened twice (i depositied again, lol). then i told myself if enzo doesn't even repond, i'll close my account. and that's what happened. part of it could be the higher expectations i have for 3dice, but i only did what enzo asked me to do. keep in mind, i kept depositing without bonuses because i just like to play. you would think i was betting big with these type of losses in 4 days, but no...i was pretty disciplined. my dissapoint comes from seriously bad luck and lack of play time (way out of the ordinary, even for 3dice) and a lack of response from enzo (also very out of the ordinary.) hope that clears it up a little

Just my two cents...
I play a lot at 3Dice. In the last four months, I have only played at 3Dice and InetBet. I have never had a conversation, chat, or e-mail exchange with Enzo, and I've always gotten excellent service. Lance and Anna almost always take care of me, though recently I had occasion to chat with "Bob." I don't know if Enzo knows who I am, and that's fine. I have never had a reason to escalate my concerns. I figure he must be running a pretty tight ship and I feel very valued and well-served by the folks I've dealt with.
I've cashed out once, I'm sure I'm not up and I'm not a high roller, and I did get a nice bottle of bubbly from the "Team" at 3Dice. Do I feel insulted or excluded that I haven't heard from Enzo? Not at all. Granted, I have never ASKED to speak to Enzo, but that's just because I have never had a real complaint.

We've all had bad luck... I'm not sure the management of any operation can assist us in this regard.
I have put it in $3000 in one slot machine at a local club and have not had one bonus round... Sure, I was upset, mummered to myself, but complaining to the management would achieve nothing. I don't know why we expect anything from 3dice in this regard? |

that's the way 3dice is supposed to be. i also play pretty much at 3dice only. deposits to 3dice: over $12,000. deposits to inet and villento: less than $500 (in the last 4 months after i started playing again.)i've had long periods of time where i don't even chat with anyone because i've had no real complaints...and yes...even when i'm losing. so you can understand this was a big shock to me because the service, feeling valued, was by far the number one thing at 3dice for me. you don't really think this was my first losing streak at 3dice, do you ![]() countbyte.... i didn't get one either, no big deal, but i wondered why too ![]() ugaboga... 3dice is not really like any other casino. we can expect more from them (remember, i only expected a response from Enzo because he asked me to let him know about ANY concerns and to contact him about really bad streaks when the occur) therefore, the title of this thread. ![]() cindy.... i've had plenty of withdrawals, hope your luck changes. plenty of losing sessions too, but the last week was extra-ordinary ![]() at this point, there isn't anything anyone can do because all i wanted was to get some play time after reaching my deposit limit 4 days straight. i could have lost the same amount and been content had i gotten some play time and enjoyment (trust me guys... it WAS bad) it's like i was on a sinking ship with support yelling, we have to wait for enzo.... but no enzo

I started depositing 5-2007 sometimes daily
sometimes would go a few days between deposits but never did I ever deposit over $100 per session I did cash out twice but in the last ummm few days I deposited $50 $100 an got 2 bonus's of $25 each 1 for my birthday an 1 as a gonegambling bonus was betting 15 30 45 cents an well I am throwing in the towel Good Luck to all Cindy |

If you were being treated well by the customer support team, why would you expect the main man to come to you at your beck and call when nothing was wrong? I am not understanding your complaint.
You lost, you were commisserated with by the support team but yet you wanted more? More what? Response to what? Quote:
