Worst Customer Service - Casino Classic

I have been mailing and calling Casino classic regarding my account for 2 weeks now. They never respond to mail and on the phone they tell me to call back in a few hours to speak to that department. I call back and get the same thing. " Call back in one hour they will be in " I call back and they tell me the same thing. I call the next day and so on and so on. After 2 weeks of this I just see that this is a very unreliable casino. They must be doing poorly considering the very strange bonus mails they have been sending me. " Deposit 200 and get 50" Then again I shouldn't blame them. They are probably very short of help and can't afford to hire anymore customer service people to deal with client's accounts. I have stopped playing there for a while because play time has been less then 5 minutes regardless of how much you deposit. I strongly do not recommend this casino!

I used to play at all of the casinos in this group but something changed there and the customer service and comps started to totally suck...so I just closed all of my accounts and started spending my money elsewhere..if I were you I would get away from this bunch of no customer service fools.

Thanks Robwin, Thats a good idea. I actually have not played the other casinos in there group for ages because the play time has been very fast and most did not have a customer service number, you could only mail them and hope you would get a reply. And they have tightened up there casinos where I would deposit 100 and it lasted under 5 minutes. Casino Classic was the only one left I would play. But I noticed about 3 months ago it started getting just as bad as the others in the group. I will not spend my money their again.
