Casino Jebet with Distance Gaming™ - woes and questions

I wish I came across Casinomeister's portal like half a year ago - would surely save me a lot of heartache...What happened then is pretty simple - I heard radio advert on local radiostation about Jebet casino, logged in to have a look, liked what I saw, and signed up for an real-money account. Over 30K and 6 months later, when it was/is way too late, I finally woke up and started to ask myself questions. As soon as I enquired about my last gaming session which appeared odd (less than 82% game result), I got my account blocked, and the 'gentleman' from Support Desk called me to scream F*** words at me...

I did not find any online reviews or even forum threads' references to this casino, but may be there are members here who are familiar either with casino itself, or software it is using, and can share their experience.

So, questions and thoughts on the subject.
    Jebet FAQ page says that:
"How do I know that your games are fair?
JEBet.com does not generate its own results but merely allows you to view an actual live game in action via the very latest webcasting technology. All results are determined from a real game played in an actual casino. Not only can you view the game in motion real time, but you can rest easy in the knowledge that these results are not being generated by a computer and are totally authentic."
Live games are powered by Distance Gaming™ software (VueTec Ltd).

Nice, but I was not very impressed with Live games, as bets were a bit high for me (min. EUR5), so I mostly played regular 'random result' games like BJ, and slots. Recently I searched through Help, About Us, and FAQ pages, but found no references to software type / provider used on these games.

It is only when I looked at the perspective and odds, I started to have my doubts about overall 'fairness' of games. Looking back, I have strong suspicion that 'non-live' games were somehow manipulated. Like there was a certain limit after which I could not win no matter what, or that I could no way win anything after withdrawal was made and processed - untill I spent certain amount close to the amount of previous withdrawal. I am good player, and I was often winning on small bets, but almost always started losing as soon as bets increased (9-10 or more rounds without a possibility to beat the dealers' cards).

May any of these symptoms point to possible/potential manipulation, or do you think I am just being paranoid and a whiner? Thanks for your thoughts and advice.

P.S. There were several software errors and glitches over the time I played in this casino (winning combination in slots not paid, game of BJ stopped if player has BJ and dealer one Ace) and 1 or 2 times deposit problems. All these issues were resolved amicably.

Yes - give us a web link to that site, so we can look it over and see where pressure might be applied, Fleur-de-lis.

That Support response tells you everything you (and everyone reading your sad experience at Jebet) need to know - it's clearly not a professionally managed outfit.

VueTec has been around for years offering its live betting product - I think another of their licensees is Dublin Casino - but this originally Australian firm never seems to really make the bigtime.

My condolences on your unhappy experience with this "casino".

    PS:

You might try reporting your problem - and the casino's reaction - to the following as a start. The offices seem to be on the Isle of Man, which is one of the more conscientious European online gambling jurisdictions:

    Email: info@vuetec.com

    Phone: +44 1624 61 7123 (Isle of Man)
    Fax: +44 7030 40 4176

    Address: VueTec Ltd.
    Broadway House
    8 - 10 Broadway
    Douglas,
    Isle of Man

The jebet.com link works for me. This is the first fairness issue I have heard of with VueTec software. However, the support reps behavior and locking of accounts is very concerning. Fair software or not, there is no excuse for it.

Thank you so much for your kind responses.
That's correct, the link for this one is jebet.com
I found other "sister-casinos", with identical design, on Vuetec site - http://vuetec.com/case_study.html

What I find really confusing is that I do not get Vuetec's part in it. On their official website they present themselves as software vendor, but each of the casinos listed as their clients (Jebet, Dublinbet, 1Spin etc) state that they are 'managed and owned by Vuetec Ltd' So other, 'non-live' games' software must be by Vuetec, too?

In fact, I sent my original Support query to support@jebet.com, supposedly to UK headoffice, got no written response of any kind from there, but instead received the obsence telephone call I mentioned earlier from local (Cyprus) "Support" Desk. I remember I was so shocked and hurt, I did not even reply back, just said something stupid like 'Thank you' before dropping my mobile on the floor...

I'm not trying to take sides here but to tell you the truth, this is one of the best casinos that I have played at in a very long time. Why? Coz as far as I could tell, they are actually dealing and doing everything within a real casino. There's totally no cheating or anything going on.

As for their randomness of the non-live games, I couldn't really comment much on it as I don't really play much of those games there.

I'm not sure about the person who actually called you to scream at you but if you got his name or something which I could work with, you might want to perhaps PM that to me. I know a very nice guy who works in VueTec and I'm sure he'll be able to get to the bottom of this.

Sometimes I wonder who VueTec's clients are as well. They seem to be working amongst their own site. So there's basically no clients that VueTec has or perhaps all of them are clients just that VueTec is managing everything. Either way, it seems to me that VueTec is the head of them all.

Hope you get your problems resolved soon.

Hi Aaron, thanks for your post.
I gladly agree with you on live games matter, but since I gave those up almost in the beginning, my problems are with non-live ones.

The person who acted so ugly is the casino Cyprus customer support rep, and I have no problem to post his name here, if it is allowed. Though I do not know what good can it make me

I don't think it's such a wise idea to post names up in the forum. Might make things worse only.

If you would like, I'll send you the contact which I have and you can take it from there or if you choose, you can give me more details about yourself and this person who called you up and I'll take it up to my contact directly.

Just send me a PM if you need anything.

    For Fleur-de-lis

Here's a direct link to a member of Jebet management if you would like to pursue your claim of discourteous Support staff treatment further:

    Thank you for the link.
This story had quite an interesting development, though...

In brief, I posted my story in my personal blog, and mentioned in same post that I stop referral program I was running - I cannot run promotion for service I do not trust myself.
Following which, I got few more calls from same guy in jebet 'customer service', first threatening and later sugar-sweet, first demanding and later kindly asking me to remove my post that supposedly 'damage their image'.

To cut it short, I was offered some money in return for deleting this blog entry... which I accepted. Funny, eh? No need to comment
