Jackpot Factory - nice gesture

I wish to bring to public a gentleman behavior of Jackpot Factory management and their spokeperson here - David.

Initially I've had some small misunderstanding with support team there and asked David to look into it.

What I expected is some kind of verbal/written confirmation of my statements. You know how it is going at most of casinos, where you are replied by template answers over and over after your concrete questions.

After asking David to look into it I have rewarded not only by his reply that my statements are right, but also with a reward. Kind of reward, I truly wasn't and shouldn't expect.

All in all, it is not about money in this post but realy about a way how some casino group treat their customers.

I too have to give Kudos to the JPF group. I received a free complimentary tenner christmas gift in the post from them and cashed out with a 100 which is always nice. Not a bad something for nothing, I know of no other casino which regularly offers me free free spins and cash bonuses with no strings and im a member of quite a few.

Hi i dont normaly play at that group but got the 10 also and cashed out 78 today once i made the wagering and hit my bonus round i just cashed it out thats a new way for me.

Also i got into that 100k tourn and got a aol dissconect and lost 5-6 mins off my play time im still not a happy bunny about that jeez off all the times could off at least stuck anouther 100 on top off that withdrawl.

I have in the past got snail mail free bonus off them and there the only group who have sent me cash like that. except for casino rewards who sent me $50 for xmas same post. Dont have much luck with that casino had so much free cash off them like 500 or more in the past month or so maybe alot more and have nether made cashout even depsiting after playing the bonus out hitting bonus round and getting diddly squat but i have to say that if a casino is goin to throw serious cash my way why not play there even if i cant get a win a micro is a micro they all pay the same its just a luck thing.

But i am goin to give it a big break soon and try my luck somewhere else and maybe go back in the future.

Also i only statred getting any kind off mail from casinos after the u.s ban was in plaice do they think the rest off the world was unworthy better gamblers or skint or not worth the price off a stamp i just dont no.

I've played at many casinos (small time), but I have made the Jackpot Factory my main site to play.
Their CS is quite good, they offer small surprise bonus money (Halloween, Xmas, etc) and always process withdrawals promptly.
I'm not sure if the previous posting was a "well done" or WTF!!,

but my experiences with then have been nothing but positive.

Just my 3 cents (inflation).....

I hope things stay rosey for you at JF. Good luck with that good feeling you have about them, it is destined to change. Just my 3,4,5 cents. Your warm and fuzzy post will be there to remind you how you used to feel about them when they 'F up, and they will! One of the least responsive groups I've ever dealt with.

Hi luxor. I don't think they are cheating or anything, just had a bad CS experience with them. Take a look at some of the JF posts if you want to read the story. I'm kind of over them, but can't resist parting shots at them.

I have to agree I haven't had much luck there until recently I came in 2nd place in the $100,000. tourny!!!! $10,000 !!!! Before this I haven't had to much luck but they are always giving me bonuses and $100.00 birthday bonus and christmas bonus and there customer service has been very helpful and very nice to deal with and the other plus is that I can understand them.
