...Mailing and no sense..I am tired

Iam really getting sick of the stupid mails between me and so-called professional Casinos.
Sure, e.g. Ladbrokes is a fine piece of place and I even won there..woohoo.
But hell, when you have a problem or a question. Maybe its because I am not a native English man...but this is really annoying.

I tried to withdrawal...filled my bancinformation in the fields...and it said..it takes up to 48 hours to verify. Well I thought...ok. But woohoo, what a surprise. These read line won`t disappear...after now 3 days I asked the guys via mail whats up and if they need more information or whatever. I was really more than "willing to give"...but the only answer I got was....did you send the information to the correct addres?

Hmm...I wrote back that I don`t had any info that I should something. So again I wrote and asked WHAT do they need to get things going.....hours later..another mail.....guess what....right "We have emailed you already this evening to this email address informing you that we have not received any documents from you. Are you sure you sent them to the correct address / fax number?"

arrrghhh.....I nearly dropped my bear. If this would happen real life, I would bet that this is some kind of a tv show like "hidden camera".
    BUT!!!
    I am a well-educated person...so I asked the people again...WHAT documents do they need.
Is it me or is this a strange story? Well, I am not concered about my payment, I still believe that Ladbrokes is not a "prime-shark-RTG-rip-off-thing". But this is annyoing...WHY the hell don`t they use modern ways to handle payments???

Ok guys just in case your just read these lines to get some sleep

    Have a nice evening...
    Greetings

and this is answer is what I got....
Apologises for the lack of information regarding your withdrawal facility. We are in the process of carrying out a routine security check on the card registered on your account. This check normally takes 48 hours, however as we are now into the weekend we may have to wait a few more days until the check can be completed as we run the checks through card issuers. Once the security check has been confirmed your bank transfer withdrawal facility will be activated.

Needless to say that they are checking my registered card for about now...
72hours...I feel very secure about those checks//saracasmus mode off

I would be scared if this was my money....ops I pressed the sarcasmus mode again

This is the game rogue casinos play to stall having to part with your money, so how very strange to see this coming from an accredited outfit.
Are all these casinos outsourcing to poor quality support centres, because it certainly looks like it.

    Some fresh update:

Dear Mr "Looks like George Clooney",

    Thank you for your e-mail.

As advised previously by my colleague, we have sent a request to your bank in order to verify your details and are currently awaiting a response. With it being the weekend it is more than likely that we will not receive a response for a further 48 hours. With this being the case, please send in the following details:

    ( A ) A clear copy of your Passport/ I.D. card.
( B ) A clear copy of the credit card (both sides).
( C ) A clear copy of a recent bank statement showing your address.
Please note that we will be unable to accept screenshots of online bank statements.

The email address to which these should be sent is:

    documents@ladbrokescasino.com

hmm...things start moving? I send my stuff.
    Lets keep our fingers crossed.

I hate this! Because I gamble I couldn't opt in all my bank statements online. I have to have some paper statement in hand.
    These casinos are blind.

    aaargh I am going ape.

Do they really think that all Europeans are criminals???
I sended them a copy of:
    my driving licences
an insurance bill (with my address)
a bill of my account-expenses from the bank account I use (with address)

    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for your email.

We still need a copy of the bank statement related to the bank account details registered in your Ladbrokes account, as well a statement related to the MasterCard registered.

Please accept our most sincere apologies for all the inconvenience this may be causing you.

Mention...they didn`t accepted the bill, with ALL my data from the account.

I think its time for a PAB about this casino.

They seem to be going way over the top here, normally, passport/driver's licence, front & back of cards, and a bill showing your address is enough.
They seem to want to invade your privacy by involving your bank in what you do privately (gamble online).

As for online statements, they REALLY ARE stupid, all a paper statement is nowdays is a print from the bank's computer posted to you, and if you use the option to print your online statement to your own printer there is not really much difference given that you are sending an IMAGE, and not the actual piece of paper.
Most big companies now use PC's, just like all of us, which is why paper statements from your bank or utility company look as though you ran them off yourself.

It rather looks like this is far from routine, and you are being investigated more deeply because something does not look right with your account.

When I first withdrew here, I didn't have to supply anything, and as I used Neteller they only had Neteller's confidence in me that I was not a "fraudster".
