Where has Trident Lounge Gone?

I keep getting redirected to their sister casino King Neptune. Does anyone know if that is temporary?

I'm redirected there too. I did notice that when I get a bonus from Trident Lounge over the last week or so it shows as King Neptunes.

Don't know what is going on.

I was advised by the casino support that Trident Lounge had been merged with King Neptune's Casino.

The support told me that my Trident Lounge balance was to transferred to King Neptune's account.

Merger without prior notice does not sound very professional.

Yes I've been told unofficially that Carmen Media *may* be consolidating, but there is no confirmed report of that yet.

I think so too - from the above it sounds as if it's "official" and if so one would have thought that an email advising players that this was about to happen would have gone out. Carmen Media should know better....

Not very good really, nothing wrong with the merger, but players should be informed so that they don't think a far more serious problem has arisen.
What if they only had a Trident Lounge account, and had a substantial balance, then found it had sunk without trace one weekend with no explanation.
At best, it represents an opportunity to gain 1Gig of hard drive space, so it would have been nice to know.

Perhaps the Carmen rep here will confirm this, together with an effective date. Sad, though to see a reputable and popular brand swallowed up.
