Not received it... I've been with those guys for maybe three years now though, so I guess they already know what I think!
I'd be amazed if you got no response from 32RED CSR!?? Fire them another email, it may have got lost in the ethyr! In three years and literally hundreds and hundreds of emails to support - I can count on one hand the times it's taken them longer than around 15 minutes to respond; it's often within 5. Coincidentally, I did get a similar one from William Hill just now though - in which 32RED were listed as one of the 'other' places you might play at... Didn't give me any chips for filling it out though!!! Heh hee... Had some from some other places too, but not really played enough to warrant being able to fill them out honestly. December must be the time that marketing departments are looking round for something to do... along with Jan, Feb, Mar, April, May, Jun, July, Aug, Sept, October and November

Nope - not had one. Good idea though...we discussed this recently and I reckon its something more casinos should do more often. They must have sent it to a certain player "profile" I guess.

How long have you been with 32Red? I got this survey - complete with reward - a few months back when I'd been playing with them a month or two. It might just be something they send to new customers a while after signing up.

I got this email way back when 32red still accepted US customers and received my bonus no problem. You might want to just have a chat with live support, they are usually very quick and courteous and can issue your bonus quickly if they can look up your email.

I always played 32Red casino, but not poker. So I decided to give it a try around 6 months ago. I played a few free tournaments and then recived this email the following day.
