Live dealer casino - roulette maximum bet

Hi,

I'm looking for a live dealer casino with $1000 maximum bet on roulette with a minimum of $5.00.

Casino webcam has $1,000 tables but with a minimum of $50.

3dice so far offers the best, with $900 maximum and $1 minimum, but I'm after live dealer.

Any recommendations?

Nope, there is no fool-proof way to win at Roulette

I just play the usual martingale (which is far from fool-proof).
