No response from Imperial Casino

hi,

i've tried to contact imperial casino via their support web form. i've done this 3 or 4 times in the last few days, but have never had a response from them. i've read that others have successfully made contact with them, and would like to know whether they did so via the web help form or whether they emailed them, because i did not manage to find an email address or phone number on their website.

i was gonna pm the grand virtual rep from here, but seems like he hasn't been online since the 13th, so thought i'd first try to find an email that actually gets through to support.

just to clarify the issue, the Grand Virtual rep has pmed me. things seem to be under control now.
