Got an email from Casinomeister recommending this casino.
I have sent them 5 emails in the past 7 days, but they have not answered one. I was thinking of doing the sign up bonus on BJ, but not if they don't reply to emails. Anyone tried them? Tks |

Yes, Casino-Club is my favourite casino and the sign-up bonus is super easy. They have always answered to my e-mails so your problem sounds strange to me.

Got a PM last night from the manager. He gave me his email address, to which I forwarded my original email to support. He hasn't received that either. He has sent me another address which I haven't tried yet. |

I have a sneaky suspicion you are dealing with an aggressive spam filter that Boss Media has on their servers. Many of my emails get stuck in limbo over there which is extremely frustrating. Pharaohs Casino was even rogued last summer for non-responsiveness - turns out Casinomeister.com emails weren't getting there. Perhaps the same thing is happening via PM alerts.
