    A Very Stupid Casino

Hey guys i havent been on here for ages, good to be back.

I played back early in the year at bethedealer casino. I got lucky and after probably 3 mill worth of wagers i was up alot.

So i go to cashout and apparently they have a 5k max withdraw per month. So i put up with that crap till 2 days ago.

I got the itch to play. Turned over 140k in wagering probablt 200-500 a hand. I saw in the cashier i had $140 worth of comp points. I find out today i cant get those points because im bonus banned. Ok really 140k for 140 isnt much so i didnt really understand why they would do that.

I spoke to their support apparently i know how to play BJ so dont need bonuses anymore (remember i reversed withdrawals so no deposit bonus this time).

Anyways i played again and probably played 100+ hands of $750 bets approx $90k worth.

Funniest thing i saw tonight was when i came home i got this email.

    Dear Mr. Whale,

Regrettably, we must inform you that your account status has changed and it no longer carries a VIP status. VIP Club Membership requires certain criteria to be complied on a monthly basis.

Please be informed that casino accounts are reviewed regularly and your account may be upgraded to VIP again in the future.

If you require any assistance or have any questions regarding the implications of the change, do not hesitate to contact your account manager.

    Sincerely,
    Well i sent back...
Im guessing wagering close to $240,000 over 2 days doesn’t mean im a VIP.

I hope to god your site lasts 4 more months so I can get my money as this sounds like the most stupid casino in the internet.
    The end

You have to consider that most casinos have a different oppinion about a VIP then we do...

For us a VIP is probalby someone who makes huge deposits, plays alot with highstakes bets... no matter if he is currently winning or loosing

For a Casino, a VIP is usually a compulsive, money dumping cashcow, that keeps on loosing his money by playing with bad blackjack strategy or on suckerbets/slots.

Funny enough they were quoting how much i was up

Also as a non VIP i think max play is $200 or $500 or something lol.

I wish this was at a live casino i would have been comped outta my ass with 3.5 mill wagered in 6 months.

Looks like you have your explanation

I am sure many of us are scratching our heads, after all, the software is random, and if you continued to play like this you would eventually end up producing a large profit for the casino.

Bonus bans have nothing to do with comp points anyway, these are earned for wagering, and in your case are hardly worth worrying about anyway.

Either this casino is really stupid, OR their blackjack is NOT entirely random (or pays more than 100% with perfect strategy) and they believe you have a system that really works on their game. You could make a fair bit of money selling this, and you can use the "ban" E-mails from the casino to give your claim for the system a degree of credibility.
The "holy grail" for players is to find a system to consistently beat the casino WITHOUT using the promotions. Nearly everyone who is a serious player knows how pretty much any bonus can be played in a way that gives long term +EV.

Reducing your limits will not stop you winning if your system is good, but will make it far harder for the casino to ever win it back should you eventually hit the long streak of bad luck.

Under those conditions I would be happy just to switch where I play. Many other casinos would welcome you with open arms.

Why haven't you done this yet?

They certainly have a stupid name, "Be The Dealer". Nobody wants to be the dealer unless they can choose what cards to deal.

Soon these guys will be changing their terms to max cashouts at 2K per month for non-VIPs applied retrospectively.
