Perhaps they should issue a website notice when there are known problems with the E-mail, so that players at least know there is someone working on it, and it isn't just a case of being ignored.
Hopefully, this industry shakeout will get rid of a few mediocre and rogue operators, leaving the better casinos with more players, which should make offers and service levels improve.
