Thumbs up 3Dice: It really can't get any better.

I won a nice little sum a few weeks ago on 'Undeniably Very Happy Valley', and cashed out. No problems there.

Then....I started to do the unthinkable and kept depositing...and playing...hoping to win an equal amount. What a moron!

Finally, I gave myself a good talking to and decided that my best option was to close my account and give myself a breathing space, before perhaps playing there again. This I did through online support to 'Anna', explaining my reasons. So as far as I was concerned that was that.

A few days later, I saw a memo from Enzo in my emails. Anna had passed my details across to him, and after examining my play, he explained he could see I hadn't been having that much luck. So he had deposited £100 in my account - free, gratis, without strings. I could play with it, withdraw it, set fire to it....the decision was mine. WOW!

I decided to play and consequently won slightly over £2000. I guess Enzo is probably regretting that impulse now...

But what other casino would have done that? You may know of loads...I don't.

It wasn't asked for. It definitely wasn't expected. And when it came, as I said, it was free of all WRs and other T&C's.

If 3Dice don't win the CasinoMeister new casino award and best customer support then there is no justice in Casino land.

it is the casinos job to keep the player playing. i'm sure it will work out for them in the long run. if you closed your account it should have remained closed. 3dice seems to be a top notch outfit but that wasnt a very "nice" move.

    Hi 1819,

That is a very valid point indeed, however, loganberry is still unable to deposit in her 3Dice account. An account closure is always respected, but is most often executed by disabling the deposits. This way, players can still withdraw their remaining balance, claim tournament prizes etc ..

Loganberry's deposit block will not be removed without an explicit request, and a cool down period will be respected. We take this very serious, and we will never entice or 'trick' a player into depositing.

    Kindest Regards,

    Enzo

My bad! I should have explained that in Enzo's email he explained a further option to simply closing the account - that of just keeping the deposit section locked, so I could still play in free tournaments if I wished. At no time did 3Dice disrespect my wishes. The account was re-enabled purely to let me get at that £100, so to speak.... After that the account would be closed unless I chose the other option offered, which after much thought I did.

I appreciate that it is in the Casino's interests to keep players happy and playing, but I do feel that 3Dice see me as more than a 'cash cow', and have worked with me on this.

    Again...

this is what i keep telling people about 3dice! they want you to be a loyal customer for a long time AND they want you to have a good time and get great value for your gaming dollar.

Enzo did something similar for me a while back and i didn't mention the details because i didn't want to seem like just another sore loser. but i had some banking issues and was a little frustrated so i asked Lance (3dice support) if maybe i could get some kind of deposit bonus. instead, Enzo put money into my account so i could play until the banking stuff was resolved. i would never ask for "free" money and it was totally unexpected.

i cash out whenever i want and they respect that. i need support... it's there. the fact that i see the 3dice guys on the chat playing games with the players and giving out tourney credits and money prizes impresses the hell out of me. (i don't like the tourneys as much, but i check in on them once in a while.) once i hung out in the chat playing the screenie hunts, having a good time, for over 3 hours! (that's 3 hours the casino could have had me playing for real)

they went through the trouble of creating a chat so that a community could form. you could go on there and share your opinions, good OR bad. they have that much faith in their product that they will let their customers communicate with eachother. that's impressive!!

it seems like a no brainer to me, but it looks like only a few casinos get it.

the house ALWAYS wins in the long run, so why not treat all your players like VIP. Do your best to make sure your players are enjoying their gaming budget, make them feel like more than "a cash cow." Treat them with respect. Handle cashouts like it the was the "players" money, not the casinos. Be responsive.

i hope people realize that i am not just honking 3dice's horn, but rather, showing a lot of other casinos how things SHOULD and COULD be with some effort.

I have absolutely no hesitation in rating 3Dice as the best casino on the internet at this point in time. Its just my opinion of course, but I dont remember ever putting any casino in this kind of class.

Let me put it this way - its the only casino where I dont get upset if I lose.

Kudos to Enzo and his team and Im very glad to have been in on the 'ground floor' of what is going to be a hugely successful enterprise.

Yes, I completely agree. I received a payout from 3Dice very quickly. Compared to other casinos where I felt like I had to fight in order to get a small payout. It is much more fun when you get paid quickly if you do win.

I havent played in an online casino since the US thing, but everything i have read about 3Dice has caused me to go thru the hassle of trying to play again.

Even though i havent been able to deposit yet, my dealings with Lance and Anna have shown me their customer service is everything i have heard about.

For now i am playing for fun but soon you can count me in as a new customer.

I have been around online gambling for a long time and this sounds like the best new casino in years.

    Kudos to Enzo and staff!

They are IMHO the best online casino to date. You can play there without having to deposit anything! Just play tournaments! They're a blast!
The chat feature is truly a break through in online gaming Especially when it comes to "tournaments".. It's amazing!!
I have made some great friends there and also welcomed in some old friends!
I have found that every staff member at 3Dice is truly caring and friendly!
I don't know of any other "online gaming site" where we know each staff member and have live interaction with them daily!?
(gosh.. I sound like spam... sorry guys)....
Anyway.. Now-a-days.. It is hard enough to get some of our "old faithful online casino's" to reply to an email, let alone implement "live chat"!!
I say go play the tourney's Paul, and good luck!
