Mega Moolah Mega Jackpot - What's going on?

Up until some point today, the Microgaming's Mega Moolah Mega jackpot had reached somewhere in the region of 4,300,000. This evening, it's showing a fraction under the 4m mark at aroung 3,995,000. How can this be?

I'm pretty sure there's no way to win a partial Jackpot. There's nothing showing on Jackpotgraphs.com?

    Any ideas anyone?

I'd hate to think that I'd "invested" so much time and money in a jackpot (albeit an extremely unlikely win!!!!) that was somehow flawed! Is someone dipping in without permission?????

    Mega Moolah

If someone hits the jackpot in south african rand, as I have seen before at piggs peak, it is usually 8-9% because of the exchange rate. I saw the reduced jackpot this morning at microgaming. cheers...

That sucks. Then again, if someone hits it in USD these days, it will have roughly the same effect.

    I asked 32red about this

Nolan: Thank you for contacting us, Matthew. My name is Nolan, how can I help?
Matthew: Hi there, Im just wondering about the Mega Moolah Jackpot. It used to be around 4,300,000, but now it seems to be just under 4,000,000. Do you know if there is any reason for the sudden drop?
    Nolan: I'm checking for you.
    Matthew: thanks
Nolan: Seems like someone has one the mini jackpot as the Mega Moolah consists of 4 jackpots.
Matthew: thank you... but i dont think that would make the "MEGA" jackpot drop by 300,000
Nolan: The Mega jackpot is actually worth 3,900,000 the rest composes of the other 3 minor jackpots. So seeing as some players have won several times the minor jackpots have dropped by 300,000.

    Does that make sense?

The major is usually won between 10,000 and 70,000 according to that graphs site. That doesn't add up to a 300,000 difference. But I wouldn't hold it against a peonic 32Red live chat operator, they probably are as clueless as we are.
