    *&%#ing SPAM!

I've been getting about 10 spams a day from obviously faked email addresses such as: Mickey Bruce [findfoldsknifegoose@mail.com] or Wilma Tatiana [whitemoonsranfaint@mail.com] with headings like "Kazinio, JakPot drawn" or "Kazinio, JakPot rules" and in the body of the email it says "Make Big Dollar Casino your home" but has links like
    http://klementiymorozov3341.blogspot...sinpewteeofnor
    or
    http://klementiymorozov3341.blogspot...wteelightearls
I copied the link to my browser to see if it really is Big Dollar so I can bitch at them and end up redirected to
    http://ttxlnnho.utitewsick.cn/miccasin/index.html
which is a casino called Fortune Las Vegas...

    WTF????

Talk about obfuscation...I definately will play at any casino that uses these yobbos to round up business....

I'm getting these, also. Yesterday alone: 5 in one email box, and another 2 or 3 per other email addys I have. Only the first email (that received 5) has been used for anything gambling related.

Really makes online casinos look like idiotic twerps. Just what we need right now.

Also getting CrownVegas crap to my emails that have never been used for gambling.

    Salutations,

Think about trying this CrownVegas entertainment site to get the
signup bonus on your deposit. Fortunately, the rules are simple.

    httpxx://www.apartc.net/

They welcome US players and Visa/MasterCard!

    Have a great day!

I think it's not casinos themself, but rogue affiliates.
So the best way to fight is to find casino's affiliate program site and e-mail affiliate manager info about the spam (forward e-mail, give links) and ask to close spammer affiliate account. It's not hard for the affprogram to track spammer by Aff ID and make his/her attempts useless.
All the best: casinos, bonuses, poker-rooms .

Yes. Ecogra should know that one of their approved casinos condones spam. It has been going on 6 months, 8 month, perhaps more.

Very easy, but casinos never seem to be able to do this. Some of these spammers have been going for YEARS, and the casinos DO know what is happening, but take the view that it is outside their control because it is an affiliate, and not the casino itself.
eCogra have been aware that there is this issue, but action has been too weak to make a difference, casinos can be asked to look into it, but no sanctions result. Take Fortune Lounge, they had an out of control spamming campaign, and for months stonewalled that nothing could be done to stop the "elusive" affiliate(s) responsible. Eventually, they were dropped from the accredited list and the rep was constantly bombarded with complaints, and eventually the spam died out. As far as I know, eCogra took no enforcement action, but was happy to work with the casino and players (in politics "work with" is a euphemism for "talk, study, have working groups, etc, till the cows come home, but do nothing")

Unfortunately, from a business perspective SPAM WORKS!!!! It only take the tiniest fraction of the tens or hundreds of thousands (millions?) of recipients to click through and purchase and costs are covered and profit is made - spamming is just so incredibly CHEAP to do.
