Actually, responsive email support (which Inetbet is), is way better then some outsourced phone support, which leads to some call center, where the operators have no clue about anything.
At least you know Inetbet reps are the ones who are responding to the e-mails and they do have the access and the ability to act upon your e-mail. Unlike outsourced phone support, which can only relay messages to those in charge at the casino. |
