    Customer support/service good or bad

    Hiya Peeps,

Just wanted to get some other opinions from people in regards to casino's customer service and or support?.

    casino (1)
I recently opened an account with an accredited casino here.
Being a new customer of course I had some question's.
In regards to payout's, if they accept Aussies etc.
The operator was giving me one sentance answers and then after each sentance he/she would come back saying "is there anything else".
This made me feel like he didnt give a shit and wanted the conversation over with.
I did have more questions but thought f%4kit.

    Casino (2).
once again another accredited casino here, asked about bonuses and such. From the get go i dont think this operator even new his own terms and conditions or bonuses for the casino he works for..
Didnt really get anywhere here and as a result did not join this casino.
(why bother with the headache, go to a site where they know what there on about)

    Casino(3)
This again was accredited casino with the meister,
I asked about Aussies joining there casino etc.
Almost straight away in a salesman type way he has come back saying, "yes we do accept Australian's, and if you join now we will give you blah blah and if you deposit via neteller we will give you an extra blah blah.
I then asked a couple of more questions and the operator responded by saying, "I will be more than happy to answer any questions you have when you register a account and make a deposit...
    Chat session ended there.............

Am I being a whinger? or is this service bad..

    Typical aussie whinger

The issue here is that many casinos nowadays outsource their customer service..... Therefore personalisation with the consumer is severely lacking at most online casinos.

hmmm.. needs to be more communication between the operator and the marketing department then... weekly updates or something....

Another thing to consider is that we yanks get treated unkindly (and we have it coming). but that is no excuse for the bad news

The bad news is the euro (or sumshid) will soon control almost all online casinos and project their own unreasonable terms on the business at large. (I watch the BP minister's joke when it occurs)

I'm pretty much NOT okay with that.

Fex anything, the world over, that stands between a person and their wager - clean.

And I will go to forum

    WTF?

    I'm going al caps

A BET IS LAYED A BET IS PLAYED.

No mo boni, and we can clean every.... did I say it, yippers, EVERYBET that is played without a bonus will get the attention it deserves ( one would hope)

WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO UNDERTAND?

    Market otherwise,

and for all you welfare fux out there, get a god damned job.

I'm done with the advantage thing. It's time to clean up gambling to a house-edge, not a welfare system.

If 75% is no good to you, don't #$%^#$ play at a house like that.

    edit: welfare fux or whitelabels
