Why a casino would refuse to give you a playcheck of your activities...??

I have another post regarding video poker on a casino but ok i doubled up too much but i just wondered if someone would reply with reasons why a casino would refuse to give you a playcheck of your activity on the site i think this is something thats pretty bad and if a casino had nothing to hide then surely this woul dnot be a problem? maybe im wrong there but seems way odd to me..

A reputable casino will give you detailed log files of your activities upon request in my experience. Maybe this is a term that I will ask for before signing up anywhere new. I just take it for granted.

They had sent him a .csv file and Elliot J. offered to analyse the hands if noluckever could get a file that showed all of the cards, not just the results. Then CS told nle, that they don't have the ability to provide csv files... iirc

This should be in my advice column but I dont know if you visit the wild card section. First off: change the name to luckyguy and start thinking lucky. If you always talk about being unlucky and have the name, your luck will never change.

I aint unlucky or am i unhappy i dont bet enough for gambling to make a difference in my life HOWEVER any money i do spend online i like to think i have a chance to do well..Now please do not try change the subject here i asked what i think is a serious question WHY WOULD A CASINO REFUSE TO GIVE ME A PLAYCHECK? thats all im asking....i like to think answers to these sort of questions can only be for the good of everyone ....
