Lasseters - Hot Shots Pay Out 98,85 ???

    Hey,

I just been at Lasseters and saw that they provide the long time pay out (player return) for their game "Hot Shots" in the Help:

It should be 98,85 %. (On "good" play)

Now my question: How can the game reach that player return. If you calculate the odds for the various bets, NONE of them is jsut near that.(95,xx - 97,xx)

And even if you decide to "go on" with the won money, the bets doesn't become better. Maybe I havn't played it long enough, but I see yourself...

Anyone that can explain this to me ?

Their email support just copy in the Help text...very helpful.

    THX

Possibly you are looking at theory, and they are giving actual data for say, the last month? And last month everyone happened to get a bit lucky? Or someone won a jackpot or large bet which pushed the payout up?

Just some ideas. Otherwise it is odd to give the overall payout as higher than the HE on any one bet! :P (check maths ? )

    Well, no !

    Well, no !

The pay out is just for THIS game. AND, it is said the player return "based on good play" would result in this (proof by ...).

So, I cant see how it is possible...

What are the payoffs for the various types of bets? As a US visitor I can't access that kind of useful information.

Also - is it possible to "push" ? Like if the ball is 33 and you hit lower, what happens if another 33 comes out, or does it not work that way?

Do the numbers go through a cycle (like cards in a blackjack shoe) or once a number has been used can it be used again on the following turn? i.e., 7 comes up you hit higher, 33 comes out, you hit lower, can 7 come out again or do the other 46 numbers have to be cycled first?
