Microgaming have released 4 variations of Baccarat and Roulette with "Live" dealers within the casino client lobby (at 32Red at least, probably others too). Blackjack isn't live yet but is expected shortly and is ready and waiting to go live...

As others have mentioned, most Playtechs offer blackjack with live dealer. You can find some Playtechs on the accredited list of this site. Other options include Ladbrokes, Vuetec casinos, Betinternet.com, Suite 332, and Casino Webcam.

I don't think any of those casinos offer live dealer blackjack. Several MG groups do offer live dealer games, but not blackjack. The only MG with live dealer BJ that I am aware of is Ladbrokes.
