how can i gamble from mexico??

I am in mexico , i want to bet on line in an accredited casino ,
i am not mexican
i tried with a friend who sent neteller the passport and everything , they reply 10 business days , and 10 days have passed .

also , is there any ewallet besides neteller , that provides atm card ,
if i provide my own documents ? i dont think i know casinoes who will send me back withrawls via wester union , or money gram , but they will accept fast ...western or money gram .

i dont have a mexican bank account , so its difficult to use some ewallet that withrawls only to bank account .
