    EcoCard is SLOW...

I've had an account but never used it cause I always had UseMyBank....but "UseMyBank is moving to a newer, more rubust server..." and doesn't work with my bank at this time. So I deposited money into my EcoCard account. The money was taken from my bank last week and STILL shows as uncleared in my Eco account. I wrote them and they said it will take 5 days. I'm assuming they meant 5 BUSINESS days otherwise it would have cleared by now.

This is bloody ridiculous, it's taking longer to make a deposit than it does to make a withdrawal!!!! Does anyone use EcoCard? Does it take this long to withdraw to your EcoCard account too?

I used them when US players were allowed.

The amount of time it takes to withdraw from a casino into your EcoCard
account, all depends on the casino. As soon as they initiate it, it's in your
EcoCard account... But, if you withdraw from EcoCard into your bank
account, it takes approx. 5 business days to show up in your bank account.

Yeah I noticed it takes between 24-48 hours to get an answer to emails too. But unfortunately I can't sign up w/click2pay because I don't have a credit card.

I emailed Eco Card with a few questions before I register.
That was an amazing TEN DAYS ago and I am still awaiting a reply.
    How's that for customer support!

Looks like an amateurish one-dude operation to me. And they expect me to trust them with my money?
