i have my moneybookers account blocked, i have sended my documents and i'm waiting from some days an answr...have you a number to contact them? because i have founded +44 870 383 0232 but at this number they don't answr thank you

They only have "premium rate" phone support. UK code "0870" or "+44 870" is also a kind of premium rate number, and this can lead to it being inaccessible from abroad. If the phone rings, it may be "ringing at the exchange, not the phone" (an old BT excuse from days of old - never sure what they meant).

If you have a good relationship with a casino, see if you can get an alternative contact number, or better still get them to contact moneybookers on your behalf (tell them you would LOVE to deposit, but can't till this is cleared up).

i were having same issue. land line from other country will not work. but i trired from my cell phone and i was able to get hold of there rep. though he wasnt helpful at all.

About the same time as you, my friends also have their moneybookers accounts blocked. They then sent documents to security but until now (2 weeks) there are no acknowledgements or replies at all, what kind of service is this! This is too much!
