has this ever happened to anyone?

I'm playing Lucky Stars at Roxy Palace - I get the bonus (woohoo) - I get the screen where it says "pick your symbol" - I pick one, the next screen with the wheel comes up ----- and nothing, it's stuck there. The spin button never appears. I wait about 5 minutes then I exit the game, come back - still stuck. I exit the casino and come back - still nothing. So now what? My bonus round is sitting there except I CAN'T PLAY IT! I can feel their RNG giving away all the GOOD combos while I'm not able to get in!!!

I wrote casino support and I'm leaving the screen open while I'm here complaining, just in case it does manage to show up. It's weird, I'm used to this kind of thing with RTG, but this is the first time it's happened with Microgaming. I just dread hearing them say "try redownloading the casino...!"

...on a side note, HOLY CRAP - Roxy Palace has the quickest customer service I've ever come across in the online casino biz. I had an email waiting by the time I finished writing my last post. It was just letting me know they were forwarding the info to the technical department - but still...Kudos to Roxy Palace for that! (Now give me my bonus dammit!)
