Bodog faxs

Has anyone from the UK had to fax in documents to Bodog and if so what number did you use and did everything go smoothly.
I have sent them in but Bodog say they have not received them despite the fact I have the Transmit confirmation infront of me!
I am worried I am being given the runaround.

I had loads of problems with this and in the end rang them up and asked if I could email them. Just send your docs with your account number to documentation@bodog.com and that should do it. They will respond when they have processed them. Their fax machine would never work for me...
