Looking for a 10 cent min. bet live roulette

I am looking for a live roulette where there would be a 10 cent min. bet.
I have found one in Grosvenor Casino, with the Playtech live roulette, but they only allow deposits to be made by credit cards and they are unable to process other withdrawals than to UK-issued credit cards, and I am not from the UK and withdrawal by check is not much of an option for me since I am really a very-low-roller and I am afraid that the fees would devour any possible winnings.

Therefore I am looking for another Playtech casino with the standard Moneybookers deposit/withdrawal option because all the other non-Playtech casinos with live roulette that I know, such as dublinbet.com and ladbrokes.com, have something like 10 USD min. bets and that is really incompatible with my budget.

If any of you know of such a Playtech casino, I would be very grateful.

Bet365 really has min. 25 cent bet on both live and RNG roulette; that's great; I will lose four times less than with 1 USD min. bet.

But I downloaded Casino Tropez and there is a min 1 USD bet on live roulette; it is possible to bet with 10 cent increments but the minimum bet is 1 USD.

But Bet365 is reputable by all accounts and 0.25 USD is fine so I am really grateful for this tip.
