you all ought to include "toll-free" or "800" when you talk about a phone line. i would much rather they have no phone than one the players have to pay to call. and look, inet answered within three hours when you posted here. i imagine a pm to the rep would get you yet a quicker response, and probably from someone more senior in the "email answering" csr crew or from a manager personally.
