I had heard great things about inetbet casino and when I decided to start playing at a rtg site i made some deposits.
When i had issues and attempted to contact them i found this:
NO LIVE CHAT
NO PHONE SUPPORT
NO REPLY TO EMAILS
NO RESOLUTION TO THEIR ERRORS
NO CLASS OR PROFESSIONALISM
I see people complaining about the sudden lack of success playing but come on their refusual to offer clients to contact them is alarming and rasising questions to their honesty
Beware i am about to give up on them

i tried both and several more that seemed to be popular on the forum . i have to say imo that inetbet was by far the best for me at making the deposit stretch longer for what ever my 2 cents are worth at online casinos anymore these days lol

No one should have to contact support via email and wait for them to answer. Alot of players deposits well enough for INETBET to afford a phone system. Much less live chat. I quit playing poker at ultimatebet years ago because of this same issue. INETBET seems to just be stubborn and refuses to honor the request of alot of its players.

I dont blame the original poster for wanting to find a better RTG casino that is willing to "Take" his "Calls".

you all ought to include "toll-free" or "800" when you talk about a phone line. i would much rather they have no phone than one the players have to pay to call. and look, inet answered within three hours when you posted here. i imagine a pm to the rep would get you yet a quicker response, and probably from someone more senior in the "email answering" csr crew or from a manager personally.

first off it is fantastic that you guys reply so quickly on these forums. i give you alot of credit but....as i have stated before one should not have to go to a third party to get simple things resolved. live chat or a 800 number is a must. a few weeks ago someone here helped me when i had lost emails and i am thankful. now 2 weeks have gone by since my last email to inet and again no responses. minor things but things that should be resolved in minutes not, hours or days or in alot more cases recently, weeks. i have had emails returned in under ten minutes. i have had emails never returned. the gambling should be done in the casino not with support.

I have completely given up on Inetbet because of the same problem. I loved it there and spent over half of my monthly gambling budget with them. I quit playing there when I began to feel that I was just another open pocketbook to them.
IMHO casinos who refuse to make it easier for their loyal players to contact them (with at least a toll free phone number) don't deserve to be supported by those same loyal players. The players, after all, are their bread and butter.

What else can i add to this ? For being the top recommended RTG casino on this site, not having live support or toll free number is really a shame.
