bonus credited 24 Std after withdraw

Hi,

what do you think, is this ok ?

I deposited at a casino and got a 100% bonus. As the offer was 100% + 75 I wrote a mail, asking for it. Plus, before the deposit, a message came up, stating I would get another 50 if I deposit in 10 min.

In my first mail, I asked for what boni I can get.

The answer was, I would get 75 and have to ask the online supp. for the additional 50. But I know, that you dont get the add. 50 normally if you got and extra offer like this (just one), because I had the same in an sister casino.

I never claimed the 50 at the online supp., as I started playing AND winning even before I had the 75.

So, I made the requirements for the 100% and the 75 and asked, if I met all req. Answer was : YES.

I cashed out.

24 hours later, I got a mail, saying 50 Euro had been credited to my account.

So my question, can they do this ? Of course, I dont want the additionally requirements, and I'm sure, I hadn't got the 50, if hadn't won.

Ok, they took the bonus away, as I complaint about it.

But the funny thing is, that a friend of mine asked for the additional 50, and they said he could NOT get it along with the 75.....

So....
