    MG Casino group question

I was thinking about cleaning up and closing some of my MG accounts and I'm wondering...is there a benefit to having accounts in more than one casino per group? For instance Grand Prive lets you switch your balance from one casino in the group to another - that's very cool, I think. I wish some of the other groups would do it because I don't play at Grand Prive anymore. And Fortune Lounge has the comps from all the casinos combined, which is also nice.

But what about the Palace Group or Jackpot Factory? Their casinos are all separate entities and there's not really any advantage to being a member of more than one casino per group is there? Or is there something I'm missing?

One reason to have accounts at more than one casino per group is a change of scenery. This also gives a change of luck. A game can be cold at one casino in the group, but if you play at all of them, you often find one where the games are hot. The "change of scene" casinos do not have to be in the same group.
There is a downside though, many wagering promotions do not combine wagering between all accounts. There is little advantage in signing up to new accounts in the group, as SUB terms now favour the one bonus per group model.
Casino Action DO now combine comps in the same manner as fortune lounge. Their scheme is not as good as it might look at first sight. While exchange rises up to $40 per 1000 points for Platinum players, these points are earned at only a third of the usual rate of 1 point per $10 wagered.
Best of all is the Jackpot Factory VIP Lounge casino for it's VIP players. Here it is 2 points per $10 wagered, and this currently includes almost ALL games (I believe Craps is excluded).
