All Jackpots tourneys?

Is it me, or are these down right now? When I click "join", nothing happens.

And yes, I'm trying to join a tourney that is open for registration, and already has registered players.

On what page?

I open the casino and I can
1) Go to HomePage
2) Go to games Lobby

And to the right side is just latest games. (stallionaire etc.)

I am clueless

I just noticed that wild jack doesn't have tournaments listed. Only all jackpots AFAIK...

I just called AJ. It seems there's a problem with joining the tournaments, and should be fixed in an hour.

I don't see why it only affects certain players, as there are players that are joined already.

The tournaments are in All Jackpots casino - are they also in Wild Jack? I thought only one casino per group has tournaments. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. (as if you wouldn't...)

It looks like you're not the only one with probs connecting - I'm also not able to join any of the tourneys anywhere so far today. The Monday Rewards at All Jackpots isn't even showing up at all, I was at the top of the heap when I went to bed this morning but I don't have any idea where I ended up. It looks like buy-in isn't an option since the tourney isn't even there.

Finally got AJ downloaded and managed to register for the blog tourney. Since this thing runs for 2 days does that mean I can play the tourney any time I want during that 2 day period?

(and speaking of downloading... When did MG casinos start downloading straight to C: drive without giving an option as to where you might want to put the damn thing?? Brand new computer, 0 casinos installed, and the first damn one goes straight to C: .... mumble... grumble... grrrr....)

Hi everyone,

David Brickman here and I'd like to clarify a few of the issues raised.

A) The Grape Vine tournament is only available at All Jackpots Casino VIPER software which features the multi player slots tournaments. If youd like to participate in this tournament and have an account at another casino (including other Jackpot Factory casinos) you'll have to download and register at All Jackpots.

B) Yes, there were some technical issues last night and some players had problems registering. But not to worry. Even if you didn't register you can still logon and play.

C) The tournament is absolutely free and runs until 8:00 AM GMT on Thursday, August 16th. The top prize is $1,000 so if your interested in some extra pocket money logon and play. And you can bet that there will be more of these types of tournaments at All Jackpots Casino!

Great fun!

Despite a few glitches here and there with the tourney signups and boots from the game..I have been having a fantastic time at AJ. It has been a lot of fun playing in all the tourneys. I even came in the money a few times myself.


Thanks for the heads up for this casino. Now..on to a withdrawal...scary....

There is a great programme of specials at All Jackpots, but can the MG multiplayer server cope, maybe not given the ongoing problems since "update Saturday" around three weeks ago. There are periods where all of a sudden the server takes around 5 seconds to deliver the result of the game, and this, once started, just locks in with ALL subsequent spins suffering such delays of between 2 and 5 seconds. HOWEVER, stop playing for around 10 seconds and it clears, and spins come in with no delay. This problem NEVER happened before, even when a few tournaments were on at once, but now it happens even when only ONE tournament is listed as being "in play", and lack of changes in the scores indicate very few participants.
I have noted that the Viper lobbies hosting these tournaments just keep on updating (the proper "double launch", not just loading the list of current tournaments). SOMETHING other than "communicatios issues" is the cause of this, and yet casino reps keep on passing this off as nothing more than a "temporary glitch", even when it seems these tournaments have "temporary glitches" almost on a daily basis since "update Saturday", whereas before such glitches were uncommon unless the core casino was also affected.
Oddly enough, it is only Tomb Raider that suffers these "server delays", Thunderstruck has remained largely unaffected, a bit odd, as I would expect "communication issues" to be independent of the actual casino game being played, but more to do with the traffic density as a whole, or are we to believe Tomb Raider tournaments are run from a different server than Thunderstruck ones?

woohoo I finally won one! Got 2nd place in the Monday Rewards tourney this week!

Athough to be honest I did win a little before - I bought in twice @ $2 a pop and won $7.50! Which doesn't really count....

I was doing OK on the All Day Tomb Raider, and have registered for the "Wednesday" tournaments that don't actually start on Wednesday

Now, it's WTF time yet again. I simply cannot log into All Jackpots to complete my play. I can load it, and press "connect", but instead of logging me in, it waits a couple of minutes and thows me out - back to needing to "connect" again.
Clearly, casinos are NOT as strapped for customers as they seem to want us to believe, they must surely be awash given all these "communication problems" since the UIGEA was passed. I had expected far fewer problems due to the loss of many, if not most, of the US players.
My internet is just fine, I can post this, so why can't I get into All Jackpots all of a sudden - MG always claim there is nothing wrong at their end, so whose "end" is it, I thought an internet connection had only two "ends".
Have the casinos moved to much lower bandwidth services, or downgraded their servers, ensuring that loyal players will NEVER BENEFIT from improvements to service when others stop playing.

The malaise has spread further. I had a nice item lined up on the BelleRock auctions, and it closes, well, 5 minutes ago. I have tried logging on for the last half hour, but each time I cannot get the auction to load, but the RiverBelle casino works just fine.

SOMETHING is going on here, and as usual the casinos are keeping us in the dark. Most likely IS some kind of server end upgrade, but has no thought been given to players who might have played out their tournaments earlier had they known, or not bid on a BelleRock auction due to end during the outage (or bid big just beforehand as a tactic). I have tried for THREE MONTHS to spend my BelleRock auction points, and this last failure just takes the P1$$. It is over a week before the next item is due to close, although there is a ball point pen up for UK only should it come online again early tomorrow, I'll have this so I can write a stinking letter to them all

With MG, the incomplete feature will be available for completion next time you log in. With tournaments though, the clock keeps ticking, and such an outage will mean loss of that particular session.

I got in later last night, and there were STILL those 5 second server delays kicking in, something that simply NEVER used to happen during a tournament unless there was a truly MAJOR outage. I also noticed that the timer was STEALING SECONDS from my play - sometimes it counted down TWICE during a single second! I will have to verify whether this is a display issue, or true time theft, by checking with a stopwatch.

Royal Vegas Tourney

I was just playing the Royal Vegas Thunderstruck Tourney and was in the middle of the free spins bonus when a notice came on saying I had been removed from the tournament. What??? I wasn't doing great but I think I was in 28th place. I have played several tourneys there and never had that happen. Antone have that happen to them?

The same too by me at All Jackpots today, but i don't know what's happen.

After a few Minutes the Tournament starts again with the 10 minutes time and all is working correct now.

In the Past the Fortune Lounge had technical problems playing Tournaments, but i also don't know what was the reason.
