curious: if it's a normal piece of the casino software, why is it named trojan horse?
i got something very similar last week, but not related to a casino download. it was a bitch, and even just yesterday avg popped up having detected it still. i thought it was fully eradicated, but apparently not so. just keep moving it to the vault, and use avg antispy and/or superantispyware to root out the other associated files if present.
this thing removed my access to the registry, task manager, and dos command prompt, as well as removed the shutdown button. i had to use some software called like restore registry tools or something to get them back, since all the standard diy fixes for these call for using the reg editor or the dos prompt.
hope you don't got what i had/have. it blew/blows.
