anyone else having trouble w/InstaDebit?

The deposits are working fine, but the withdrawals keep getting denied when they get to InstaDebit - is anyone else having this problem?

I'm pretty sure i known which casino group is that. Had the same problems about 2 months ago with them, took them 3 weeks to pay me. Made me wait a full week only to have my instadebit withdraw being denied for no reasons. They send me a check which took another week to arrive.

Chayton and Kaynos - which casino are you having troubles with? I use Instadebit all the time and so far have never had a problem.

It's happening with Playtech casinos - it's not me, it's my boyfriend. He just went through one withdrawal that was put back into his casino account 5 times before he finally got paid with a bank draft. Now he's trying to withdraw from another casino (which is listed here as accredited) and the withdrawal was just put back into his casino account this morning. He's got a query in with InstaDebit, but no answers yet. His account is fine, he's able to use it to deposit with no hiccups, it's just that lately when he tries to withdraw, it's denied.

The bummer part is that Playtech has that 4 day wait, and then a couple extra days trying to get it in, then it's denied by InstaDebit, and it has to go through the 4 day wait again. For now he's just going with Bank Drafts for his last 2 withdrawals, but it's really a pain.

Everything was fine until a couple of months ago, then suddenly it's this big hassle. I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem - or maybe if anyone knows if InstaDebit was sold or undergoing some changes...???

I'm of little help here - haven't managed to cash out at any Playtech casinos lately!

It's strange though. Are the casinos actually sending the money to Instadebit and they are denying it or are the casinos not actually able to send the money?

There is a maximum withdrawal using Instadebit at some casinos, especially if it is more than what has been deposited.

Me neither, I don't even play at Playtech anymore!

Yeah the casinos are sending the money to InstaDebit, and then it's InstaDebit that denies it, then it's stuck back into his casino account. I guess we'll wait and see what he hears from InstaDebit, maybe there's something they can tell him. It's weird though....

Hmmmm.....You're both in Canada....

Maybe they're dropping Canadians in the near future, like everyone else is doing?

Well it's the 3rd time i hear that. You have no problem using Instadebit to deposit but when you want to withdraw it's gets denied.

I don't use instadebit anymore, what's the point of that service if you can never withdraw ? When i asked the previous casino why it was denied they said it was Instadebit problem, when i ask Instadebit they said it was the casino....

Anyway now i just used my credit card to fund my casino accounts.

it's weird, there's no rhyme or reason to it - they turned back a withdrawal 2 days ago for $400, but today let him get one for $550 from a different casino - and still no response from their customer service. Seems like it's a hit or miss kinda deal.

It's even a gamble whether you're gonna get your money after gambling! sheesh......
