    Exclamation Casinospot.com & "Clickcashier" legit?

    Hello,

Have anyone played & withdrawn at Casinospot.com or software which has "Clickcashier"?

Anybody know if they are legit and paying out winnings?

I have waited 4 days and still nothing - withdrawal is still pending!

    Cheers,

Slow payments are a very common issue with this group. Search for Vegas24 or Empire for more information. Note that this software is linked to Futurebet.

    I'm just withdrawing a small sum, $50.

How long will it take to pay out? 5 weeks?

They can't have problems with such a low amount or am I wrong here?

Some have been paid in under 2 days... for others it took more than 2 months.

They may have problems with small amounts, as well as large ones.

I see PlayPokerPlus.com on your list, but they've switched to another network since then. They are now on the DGS network. (Dynamic Gaming Systems)

I had an account with them and could never get withdrawls, and the reason was that DGN was delaying everything.

They transferred my account to their new network and now withdrawls are done to my moneybookers account in 72H max.

    Futurebet sucks!

i have used clickcashier via bigdaddys casino and poker on the poker community skin and have got to say theres something wrong with them. My last successful withdrawal took 10 days to receive my last 2 are still pending and i am getting the runaround 1st they blamed a promotion the poker room were running for slow payment then a week later they said withdrawls hadnt been authorised by the poker room owner which i pointed out was untrue as i mfriends with the owner at which point they ended the live chat, ive also asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there wasnt 1 around and when i asked for an email address to complain was told there wasnt 1 either. Best advice dont use a poker skin that have click cashier as a payment providor

    FUTUREBET!!!

    AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

"Futurebet" are in the rogue pit, but often the only way to spot a futurebet outfit is the use of this "clickcashier" for doing the transactions.

Delays and non-payment are far more likely than prompt payment. You will need to adopt an approach of nagging them to death, and this may speed things up a little. They have to pay SOME player, even the worst of the rogues do, as if NO-ONE got paid, their little scam wouldn't last long.

I suspect, from reading about past Futurebet issues, that these casinos are grossly underfunded, and thus have to constantly juggle by paying winners from incoming deposits. Quite a few have lost this struggle and have disappeared, but recently there seems to have been a resurgence in Futurebet mark 2.

just had another fruitless conversation with live chat, what legitimate company leaves no way for a customer to contact them

    Vien: Hi.

    jason : morning

jason : my question is above
    #

Vien: Previous to February 2009 BigDaddysCasino ran several promotions and saw a turn-around time of about 1-2 days or less for withdrawals, but in recent weeks we have experienced delays in our withdrawal processing.

We hope to be back on track very soon, and we thank-you very much for your patience. You will be sent a notification email the moment your withdrawal is processed.

jason : this is the 4th time i have been given this generic response that answers nothing

Vien: There is no update from management.

jason : can you tell me why the email address is dead and is there a supervisor i can speak to

jason : surely there is a contact email to get in touch with the management

Vien: All I can do is forward your complaint and concerns to them. We are just a hired 3rd party support. We do not handle any of the player withdraw requests.

jason : so do you have contact details for the group that does

Vien: Unfortunately there is not an email available.

jason : then can you please forward my complaint to them

Vien: Please be patient and I will help you notify them of your complaint.

jason : i have been very patient and i know its not your fault but this company are extracting the urine and i thank you again for your help

Vien: Defiantely. I will hope this will help speed up your withdraw.

jason : me too but i doubt it good day

Vien: Thank you for your patient. Have a nice day.
