Okay, it is "only" a display bug, and I ended up getting 3 kings, displayed and paid correctly (unfortunately). But it's kind of annoying the software indicates I have a Royal, when I only got a pair. We all know how d... hard it is to hit the RF.
Makes you wonder what other glitches has passed the testing.
Has anybody else experienced this?

I used to see that quite often and it's really aggravating. I can't remember which games... seems like I remember DDB, and maybe BP used to do that. I thought it would have been fixed by now!

This bug has been around for years, and affects all the VP games.
I do not know what sets it off, but the display should normally highlight the pat deals, from high pair upwards. Sometimes, the RF is highlighted instead, even when no actual pat win exists (such as king high).
When I first saw this, I was playing fast and drew as I noticed the RF highlight, however, I found only a king and the rest discarded, so immediately contacted the casino as I believed the software had failed to autohold a £4000 RF - not an insignificant win.
They advised checking Playcheck, and I never found any evidence of a pat RF, but thereafter noticed this bug on several occasions, including this one

It was 2 years ago now, and at the time I thought it to be an "ordinary" pat flush (30 coin payout). The chance of this happening is around one in 750,000 and may never be repeated (except it wasAre you kidding? A pat Royal 4-handed? Yep, that must have been a bug...- but this time on one hand after discarding everything). I have also had a very close one, pat King through 9 straight flush.
It still stands as my all time personal best in terms of actual amount paid.
The biggest slot win I have had is just over £8000 from £11.25 (Thunderstruck - 4 wilds during free spins).

grr im lucky if i can get pat 3 of a kind whenever I play video poker. Thats a dammed annoying screenshot VWM and I hate you
