global player casino was THE place to do BJ tourneys. Have not visited them since they switched platform but would be worth checking. They were really good.

scratch global they seem not to be doing these now. There are some other sites that i have seen doing occasional BJ tourneys in some shape or form including inter (rare and normally in the non knockout table format) and Nine.com (not sure how they do these)
