    From where I'm sitting, attentive means paying attention (whether or not they reply is another story) it doesn't mean attending. But hey, you know what, to each their own. I'm sure attentive means different things to alot of people. And on the other hand, if they are paying attention, then technically they are attending right?
    I've had many emails go unanswered, I didn't come and rag out in the forum, instead I PM'd Emily, was very courteous to her and stated my concerns or what have you and she replied back with the same courtesy.
    Afterall, nobody is perfect...right?

    Hi Everyone,

    If anyone has a connection issue no matter how small please send a mail into support@inetbet.com with the details. If we do not get this feedback we have no way of knowing if there is a problem.

    The reasons for these connection issues can be varied to say the least. Sometimes the problem is with the player. Other times with our servers or the connection to them. I recall a past incidence when a large number of our players could play fine whist others could not even open the lobby. We finally found this to be caused by an interim ISP in the US somewhere. They had to be contacted and the problem was resolved. After that all players, not just a section, could login fine.

    As you can see the problems are not always with us. However when they are we endeavour to get these resolved as quickly as possible.

    Like I say any problems just drop support a mail and you can always PM both Emily and myself here too.

    In case anyone has not see the message in our lobby. We will be down for around 30 minutes later today for the new game release.

    This is scheduled to start at around 5pm EST

    The new release will see 3 new real series slots added and a new Blackjack. More details will be included in our new newsletter which is due to go out tomorrow.

    No need for any casino to 'comply', we don't offer them ultimatums and edicts. We can and should give them suggestions on how to serve us better, and ime inetbet is right up in the top dogs when it comes to paying attention.

    I had the same issues last night, everytime I tried to re log in I was already logged in and got the try in 10 mins message, it took a couple of hours for the C/S to get back to me, I understand this if the email is down, however not having any form of contact is still a bit of a striggle for me, if there is a problem I sure would like to be able to call somebody.

    As a former RTG software developer I can tell you that this isn't the case. It's amusing to see you so sure of something that's 100% false. There is absolutely no code or logic in any of the games that "keeps track" of how anyone is doing. Past game results have no impact whatsoever on future game results. It's really that simple.

    There is no way I can convince you of this of course.

    The following is just a hunch, the possibility exists that "Atlanta" might in fact be a disgruntled ex-RTG employee. I believe this is a possibility because:

    1. Almost every post they make is basically slamming RTG and bragging on their competitors
    2. Their name and home city is Atlanta and RTG was formerly based in Atlanta (up till about 6 months ago)
    3. About 6 months ago RTG was sold and moved their base of operations from Atlanta to Costa Rica and there were many employees who were of course a little upset by this.

    @zaqwert

    Not to derail, but the perception is that disconnects are related to payout percentages, so:

    As a former sw developer for RTG, can you tell us what the 'retrieving marquee' and 'new version of lobby' incidences are?

    Much appreciated and I'll understand if it is propriety and you're excluded from explaining, but the 'mysteries will always be guessed at' by we natives
