I totally agree that there should be live chat for customer support. Even at the best of times, emails do tend to go unanswered for some reason.
So you are all sour grapes about RTG in toto and have decided to stop playing there, cool. But do you need to talk to a courteous and attentive rep like that?
Regardless of the validity of your request or complaint rudeness is not the answer. A PM to inetbet promos with 'do you plan to offer live chat or phone support soon, and if not why not?' would get you farther. But it seems you don't care to solve a problem, just bash because you haven't been lucky lately. Bummer.
BTW I totally agree that live chat is an excellent interface, and phone support is great too. But other than this recent issue (which is solved) I've always gotten near immediate email responses.
Im nothing being rude. These issues have been brought up numberous times in the past. If you would do a search, you would see. And Inet has refused to comply.

I agree with lojo. A friendly PM to Inetbet Promos would have been a good way to go.
Treat Emily with respect and she will do likewise. I have found her to be very helpful and friendly whenever I've had to PM her which I believe was not very often.
She has been very attentive to this forum and Inetbet concerns, which says alot in MY OWN opinion.![]()
I dont understand how being asked Numerous times to offer live chat can be classed as attentive? Attentive to me means to attend! doesnt it? Last I heard it didnt mean to totally ignore your customers requests and im not a massivly long running member of this forum but even I have seen this concern mentioned numerous times in threads. At what point does politeness wear a bit thin? Strange to me lol However there is a difference between being rude and being direct.
And for the record. Last month I played at InetBet. I won $575 off Let'em Ride. Cashout. They asked me for my ID and a copy of my Gift Visa Card. I did and they promptly paid me via wire. No, Problems. The next time I deposit. I was cut off right in the middle of BJ and it was down for several hours.I had to email support about not having my BJ hand restore which took nearly 28 hours to get a response. When I was able to log back on I couldnt win a hand in BJ. I went to craps and It was even worst.

We have the tech team looking into what may have caused the connection issue this morning. We believe it may be connected with the immanent roll out of some new games by RTG.
Yes that will be the problem, I myself nearly passed out so strong were the thought waves from RTG, fortunately my tinfoil helmet saved the Day.
