I sent another email to all jackpots this morning and an hour later I got a phone call from them, a guy called ALEX and he sorted out the $80 bonus.

Once you press on the link and pick your prize it does say they will send you an email to confirm the prize as I haven’t been getting the emails I didn’t get the conformation email (smart guy ALEX). So Alex got onto promotions and then an hour and half later he phoned me back and said it was in my account.
