Hiya, I was looking for reviews on Rival Casino's Good or Bad. I tried doing a search but I keep Getting nuttin honey lol ty.
I think operation-wise, Rival casinos (I only have experience with Cocoa Casino) are very good - fast payouts, good promotions, generous comps, fast and friendly customer service.
I would classify their slot games as "so-so". Some of them are very unique and innovative, but most of them are low-variance which means you will rarely, if ever, hit a big win.
They are still growing, and players will from time to time discover flaws in their software. I myself have discovered one or two. But when I did I notified them, and they not only paid me back the difference and fixed the software, but they also gave me a no-strings-attached bonus afterwards.
They work hard to build and protect a good reputation, and I haven't witnessed anything which would damage their credibility. I think they are good, honest people running Cocoa and their representative CocoaRob hangs around the forums here and offers help and information to players. They are also quick to respond to player desires, such as changing paytables on slot games to suit the public demand.
I feel comfortable playing at Rival places (again, I have only tried Cocoa but I think they're all run by the same people anyway). I do find the software to be a bit slow, especially certain games, but overall my experiences have been positive.
Also, my birthday was earlier this year, and Cocoa gave me a $50 no-deposit-bonus, which was far above and beyond the 2 or 3 birthday bonuses I got from other casinos (most were match offers, although I think one gave me a $5 no-deposit bonus). What's more is that I hadn't even played there for several months before my birthday (I had taken a break for a while because of all the turmoil here in the US).
All in all, they seem to work hard to keep and please their customers, which not many places do these days.

I concur about the integrity regarding players and getting paid but disagree when it comes to payouts, Rival has the worst slot paytables on the net and they are constantly doing updates changing the game play, I do not trust this at all, I have also posted many times to third party payout verification but have never sen anything, they post payout percentages for each game, their own, verified????. Your not going to get hurt but your sure not going to get rich either.

I agree with shat Slotjunkie said almost 100%
I find my money lasts a lot longer and I win more often on Rival than any other software.
Yes, its true that you wont hit a $10k jackpot or anything from a $2 bet etc, but its not unusual to win 10 or 15x your deposit which is quite acceptable (to me anyway). It sure beats going through $100 in 5 mins on RTG or MG.
The slows on Pantasia and Mayan Fortune Casinos drive me nutty, and also one or two of the other ex-400Group casinos too, but if they get that fixed it will be a big plus IMO.
CocoaRob is very attentive and has always resolved any issue I've had - and even some I havent!![]()

I agree with everything in this thread by all the posters and can only stress one thing about their slots, do not chase your loss on them at all or you will regret it with these slots. If the slot is cold, move on early because as others have stated the paytables are badly structured.
I closed all my rival accounts and I used to play at every one of their casinos. They always treated me very well, great comp system, monthly reload bonus and you could claim it at every casino in the group. The only reason I closed my accounts is I like to chase a loss and wait out the free spins or feature which at Rivals is a death sentence and will frustrate you in the long run since there isn't much of a bounce back like at rtg's or MG casinos once you hit the feature.
So even though I closed my accounts I would still highly recommend them if you are a casual slot player and can switch games quickly instead of staying in the "It has to hit sometime" mindset like I get stuck in.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the reviews. A few things to point out -
The casinos are not run by the same people. Each group has different owners and management, although support for some of the casinos is shared.
As for slow downs, we've done our best to improve the speed of the software. If you notice any games being slow, please do let me know.
For winning big, one of my favorite games is Vegas Jackpot Keno. A $1 bet could net $100,000 in the pick 10. I've seen a few nice wins on this, including a great $1 bet winning $2k. Also, I've seen some really huge wins in some of the slots (makes me wish more players were Casinomeister members!) .
The paytables do have the payback listed in the help file, and we believe that they are some of the highest on the net. We do listen to the players, and I think you'll find the newest games have the right mix of big bonus wins, large 5OAK payouts, and a the free spin features that everyone likes.
Cheers,
Rob

I only play at iNetBet, the Rival casinos (Cocoa & Pantasia), and occasionally an MG now.
(iNetBet) vs (Pantasia & Cocoa):
Customer Support and Cashouts - Tie
Promos - Rival, no contest.
Slots - iNetBet
A lot of folks bash Rival's slots, but I have found a few that I really like and the payouts are very good. I don't care for their 5-line slots though.

I too agree that the support is very good and the games are fun, but a tad boring when one is looking for the "thrill" of a nice hit...this reflects the sad paytables they offer.
Nothing is worse than hitting 5oak on a $2 bet and you get $6.....(Just a generalality here).
Some may have hit the "big one" as Rob states, but never have I seen any of the wins such as this, posted anywhere, including in the casino site where many casinos brag about the players wins..so..until I see a nice screenshot, all the talk in the world will get you nothing...
Hate to be a downer but keno is a very boring game for a slot player...
I do still play in fun mode at these casinos, for I do enjoy the graphics..so I give the casino a thumbs up on the games and support, but a so-so on the paytables also..
Today is the Tomorrow, you thought about Yesterday...so live as IT IS your last tomorrow!

I had done several Rival slot reviews on KWBlue's slotsonfire.com site, but for some reason can't find them. It says, "there have been no new posts in the last 30 days in this forum"
Andy, if you're out there you might want to change the parameters of your board, I busted my arse writing those![]()
