Do you have a checking account? My checking account has a debit card, and that's my only remaining deposit option (which comes with a stupid 0.8% MasterCard International Transaction Fee). If you don't have a debit card then I'm afraid you're out of luck.

Best to wait until it becomes regulated in the US. That might happen sooner than ya think.

Yes, once you get that you use it just like a credit card.

The downside is all the extra hassle that comes along with it (the sign here, here and there and fax with copies of both sides of this, that and the other, etc.).

Fortunately for me, I haven't had the luxury of cashing out anywhere for the last several months so I haven't had to fill out or sign any forms.

Not all bank issued debit cards will process online gaming transactions though.
    I know mine doesn't .

This is true. Generally speaking, credit unions and big-name banks (Bank of America, etc.) will not allow these transactions to go through.

Your smaller, local/regional/mom-and-pop banks will probably allow them to process. My checking account is at such a bank. I asked them about online gambling transactions and they said they have no way of identifying or blocking them - even when my debit card is used. I'll keep my account with them!

I am with a smaller local CU and I cannot use my debit card either. Some sites will take my VISA but it is always hit and miss.

My Bank of A cards stopped working long ago. I read where someone made a deposit using theirs recently but I do not want to risk losing my banking abilities over it so I have not tried again. Was using the pre-paids until just last week but have been denied with these recently and ended up buying gas and groceries with the last one. Best to wait this thing out I think.

Instead of deposting, how about how do you get your withdrawals? I notice that the casinos are very eager to find new, innovative ways for people to deposit. Have they been working just as diligently on finding new and innovative ways to payout wins?

And players, this is partially directed at you as well. Finding a way to deposit is fine, how are you going to get your money if you win? You should be asking that question as well. About the ONLY casino that I've noticed have no problems so far (knock on wood), is Inetbet, via bank transfer/wire. I don't think I've seen a complaint posted about ClubWorld yet either, as far as payouts. As to the rest, both MG and RTG, it seems that not even the biggest names are immune to processor problems and long delays. Something to think about.
