    My opinion

    As for me:
    1. Fully random RNG (for all games!). And, as result, guarantee of random.
    2. Payouts.
    3. Customer Service.
    4. Speed of withdrawals (may be dufferent for different payment methods).
    5. Bonuses (WR, amount of bonus etc).
    6. Number of geposit methods.
    7. Number and quality (speed, for example) of casino games.

    etc

Gives there are few softwares out there, most casinoes boild down to the software - just different merchants... In my opinion a good casino is:

    1. Low RW time
    2. Low time from pending withdrawal to money back on account (Visa refunds)
    3. Customer service

I don't care to mention RNG since this really shouldn't be an issue in an honest world!

hehe, its no secret that I have a feeling being played by a not-so-random cycle as it is supposed to be. After all, I have lost huge amounts on landbased casinoes which also uses RNG - however online RNG and landbased RND are abviously two different worlds! My statement above is based by the fact that there are only a few casino software brands out there which everybody uses - and the accual casino licensing the software probably have no way of manipulating the payout in any way themselves. I am pretty sure they get a total package delivered from their vendor (MG as an example).

What they are able to do is decide what bonuses to give, support level and withdrawal policy. So again, making a big deal out of the RNG based on casino I think is wrong. One could argue that the RNG is of interest if we also look of the vendor of the software, that i can agree on.

I am still puzzled by the fact in MG, that after loosing big in a game - you usually get freespins pretty fast in the next game... Aslong as the games are supposed to be different, meaning they have nothing to do with eachother - this shouldnt happend. By loosing big I am talking +500 credits (dollar or euro). Back to my old, playing 180+ games or 1 game with 180+ skins...

Agree with you Mikepipe! Hidden tricks in bonus or payout rules...it looks like they are cheating...
As for me I keep one rule in my mind "Do not reverse your withdrawals"
