RTG bug?

Remember this only happened on the very last spin of the Grand slam feature and I had the same thing happen in penguin power but only on the very last free spin, there must be a connection.
A coder at RTG should be able to see this bug without having to test and recreate it.

Did you request the logs, Rusty? I had a problem on redsands there a few months ago, but it was a small bet and I didn't think it would be worth inquiring, probably too late now. But I will if it ever shows up again.

edit: problem was moon on 1 and 2 and no respins just spun like they were nothing.

I think what the person meant about this game is sometimes during the free spins you get the penguin lined up with the igloo and you don't get the penguin slide at all. I just assumed it does not alway slide even when the two line up. I have this happen all the time. I always assumed the slide is not a given. Sometimes it slides and sometimes it don't.

No I haven't requested them but I assume they are in order as Emily states but what does this mean.Played , lost? How would I interperate it?
Perhaps Emily can shed more light on my game log?

I've never requested nor seen an RTG play log file so I don't know what it would mean. I assumed with 'my' glitch that the data was correct and the visual was not in sync, not to derail.
Lol, in a thousand features on prince of sherwood, the other day I got three targets, and no free spins for the first time... had to read the rules... if the other guy beats your guy on the first shot no free spins... I was sure it was a glitch, but not.

Yeah, sucks when that happens but that slot always kicks me in the nuts.

even managed to get 15 free spins and a decent multiplier once but hit sweet FA

Just continue contacting the casino operator if you really believe a bug cost you money.

All results are stored for each game before the client even knows about them, so if the client crashes or a bug clientside (such as graphics going out or buttons not responding) cannot effect game results.

Eventually someone will be able to dig into the database and see exactly what the spin results were and exactly what the payouts should have been and verify that your account was credited correctly.

He doesn't even have to beat you. If you both tie, you don't get any free spins then either. Some "feature", huh? Especially if it takes you 200+ spins to get it in the first place.

Furthermore, I have played this game and gotten the feature many times in the past year, and never, ever, ever have I gotten anything other than the first or second ring on any of the 3 shots. It kind of reminds me of the Fruit Frenzy bug they fixed last year.
