RTG bug?

Rusty,
I've had numerous incidents with the reels spining and spinnig until I end up logging out and log back in ( at Bodog). They say all is fine but it's happened every single session for the last month! So...I don't know what the gig is

i have noticed some small glitches at inet. not sure if they affect play. enchanted garden feature has a firefly that comes out on certain symbols. 3 gives more spins. it sometimes appears on the "9" and does not award more spins when paired up with 2 others. realm frequently has 2 crowns or shields directly on top of eachother during some spins. they never stop that way on a payline though. probably just the reels adjusting. oh and the biggest glitch seems to be my balance decreasing after every spin. maybe they can fix that one first.

There seem to be a few points that need answering here.

Regarding the initial post the payout on the machine was correct. We have had RTG check into this in more detail and this has been confirmed.

When you hit the "HIT" feature in Golden Gloves you do not necessarily gain a homerun. Smaller base hits can also be achieved.
In this case on the last spin in the Grand Slam feature the Player received a HIT, the total number of bases was calculated and added to the total win. This was not enough to score an additional run. After displaying the result of the HIT (number of bases gained) in the middle reel for a few seconds, the game returned to the original screen (as per the screenshot) and waited for the players next action.

This is the same with Penguin Power. You do not automatically receive free winning spins when the penguin slides through an igloo. You can also get bet multipliers etc too. Hence the reason why additional games may not be awarded.

As to getting logged out of a game or disconnected. During Real Money play if this occurs you will return to the game at the exact point that the game was disconnected. i.e. if you disconnect during a set of free spins when you log back into the game it will be at the same point in the game.
This is the same with all games when playing for real money. If this ever occurs and you have any queries please email support@inetbet.com and a log/result of any game can be provided.

Normally yes, but as i said some posts before, during a "Aladdin's Wishes" Feature Trigger i was also disconnected, but after getting back, the Feature Trigger normally should started, but i ge tback to the normal play mode without any added wins.
This only happens one time and it was only for a 20 Cent bet, so it's not soo dramatically, but it was a little error and when i had a $ 2 bet, or even higher, i were really very angry about that.

I've mailed you, as this happend on the casino, but it was only said, that all should be okay, so i haven't ask anymore, because i had won 2 great RJs before, so i wouldn't complain about maybe only $ 10-20

First of all there was no display of bases gained or any animation at all or any win added just the screen as it is shown here.
That is the point.
If what you say had happened then I would hardly of complained would I.
Also with penguin power the same is true, there was no animation or display of result, or added win, the feature was simply ignored.
A bit like my report of the bug really.

I doubt very much that this is just an Inetbet problem and I would be amazed if others have not experienced the same thing at other RTG Casinos at some point.
It is obviously a rare anomolie as it only seems to occur in the 2 gmaes mentioned and on the last spin of free spins and when a mini feature is triggered on this last spin and even then I have no idea how many times it happens when all these factors are true.
This bug is however a reality and while the result of the game may be calculated the player has no way of knowing this and I anyway I doubt vey much the result is calculated as on penguin power even with a multiplier your balance should obviously increase and this is not the case.

Hi Rusty,
As I said we have had RTG look into this in more detail along with ourselves.
We managed to recreate the scenario whereby the HIT feature was attained in the Grand Slam. The number of bases showed correctly and then cleared leaving the HIT letters on the screen and the feature completed.
I am unsure as to why this would not have shown on your screen. However I can assure you that all wins due etc were credited to your account.
As I said previously if any player requires a log of any game they can be requested from us.
