It's not a scam, but you need to read the T&C carefully. The bonus is sticky, and if you play blackjack, the bonus has a required playthrough. Palace of Chance offers bonuses like these on a regular basis. I used to take such bonuses often. However, after making a gain of ~$2000 on one (and being paid), I was banned from receiving further bonuses.

If at anytime a NO PLAYTHROUGH bonus is redeemed and 30% or more is wagered on Blackjack, Vegas 3 Card Rummy or and Real Series Video Slots, then the no playthrough bonus becomes a 25X playthrough bonus.

Yeah ever since my experience with American grand I hesitate at all Real Time gaming Casinos. I have played at Palace of Chance before and been paid. But that was years ago. I do see that it is Rogued on this site? But Casinomeister is a rep for them? What is that about?

They are only listed here BECAUSE they are rogue. They DO have a rep here, but this in no way indicates that they have had the "green light" from Casinomeister.
ANY casino rep can sign up, post, and get flamed for lying in the case of the VIP Lounge rep (who speaks for a few of this group's casinos).
At least a rep gives an opportunity for dialogue, even if to tell them why they are such a crap operation, and offer them the chance to change. Never take the presence of a rep as an indication that a casino is safe to play at, this is the function of the accredited list.
There are some casinos not accredited that are safe to play at, but those in the rogue pit are an ever present danger to the bankroll - play only with money you don't mind never seeing again.

what is 30% though? 30% of the wagers you place? wagering over 30% of your stack all at once? using more than 30% of the bonus chips to play those games? if your first bet is on blackjack does that mean you played 100% and is this effect reversable, that is, if you play more on top of it that the bj play is less than 30% of the total that you are okay?

I played & deposited 50.00 did get my deposit , there was no playthrough won 200.00 , this casino called me right away saying I was not approved to play there lol ok so I sent them all my credit card information, wasnt good enough had to send my husbands it was in his name , was going through this for months then I cashed out was denied , they said I took a free chip , I talked to Live help to make sure I was good playing here & to get my bonus I didnt lie or cheat I trusted them , now I am locked out , they say I took A free chip ??? Hung up on me , I have never been treated so sh##ty by a casino , yes this is a rogue casino , my first one ever !!! I can see having a fit over 2000.00 but 200.00
They got me , im in the states nothing I can do
