I know exactly what the notation beside my name would read. Player has a love/hate relationship with Thor and all his clones. Seldom cashes out unless she wins big (although she's becoming more frugal in that regard). Pay her quick, and there's a good chance we'll get at least part of it back.

Simmo's notation would read - Should we ever wish to exclude the player from the casino, set a maximum bet limit of 45p per spin on Thunderstruck et al. Also, disable his access to Isis. Player will be gone in a snap.

I have requested that they review my account and they have agreed to 'take a look at it'

Lets hope they dont see that I 'took advantage' of Fruit Fiesta to the tune of about $300......

So I'm guessing it gives Intertops more time to analyse and spot any patterns that arise from people winning off the bonus.

But I totally agree that you'd think they'd lose more potentially valuable players as a result. Would have thought there would be a better way. I suspect it has more to do with payment processing, fraudulent charges/accounts, chargebacks, and such. I believe they wave the 14-day period if you use Verified by Visa.

And what about moneybookers, etc?

It's also a little misleading on their withdrawal page:

https://www.intertops.com/cms/en/payout_overview.htm#

Which has no mention of the 14 day initial wait. You have to read (which you should anyways) the T&C to find out about it. IMO this term should be listed on the banking page as well. If someone didn't read the T&C they would be in for a nasty surprise, as their banking page leads you to believe you can cash out in 24 hours up to 10 days (for a bank wire).

Yep Winbig - thats the bit that makes me cross

I didnt know until I got the email asking for documents etc.

Yes - it was in the terms - but when you deposit with a webwallet you just dont expect to cop nonsense like this. In fact, its the very reason we use them!!

Especially with Neteller and Moneybookers. If the player trys to stiff them, they take the loss, not the casino.

Yep... it's the same old story.. "we process Moneybookers withdrawals in 2-3 days", but in reality it's the "minimum 14 days". Very disappointing, one of the reasons I don't play there.

I tried Intertops, deposited by Neteller, and when I made my first withdrawal I was paid in a couple of days.
This came as a surprise, as I read the 14 day term and expected a wait. It seems they are inconsistent in the way they apply this term, I thought it meant EVERYONE.

Wrong!! I've made 2 of the fastest cash-outs I've yet to see from Intertops. 5 days into my bank.
