Prime Casino + Palace Group

Hi,
I don't know if I am being stupid, but is Prime Casino part of the palace group? I only ask because I thought they where indipendant but their live support is Powered by the Palace group. Also while I am here has anyone been paid by Prime Casino?

They share the same support center - that's about it.

Prime Casino mentioned that their player retention is handled by the Palace Group, as well as support.

Interesting, perhaps they use the weekly offer system for regular players, rather than having promotions on their site, but how is a new player to know, all they see is the SUB and nothing beyond.
If the two groups are separate, then one's bonuses at Palace Group sites should not count towards the allowance at Prime Casino. Of late, Palace Group seem to offer 2 weekend/midweek promotions per player, and opening further accounts (different casinos) does not lead to any more.

Just to clarify, all promotions, new business, affiliates etc are run by Prime themselves.
All we assist with is their call centre support.

They manage all other aspects of their business so The Palace Group promotions will have no bearing on Prime casino's.
